After looking through my house for something inspired by the aesthetics of the Bauhaus I decided on our television table, which has recently been purchased. I think this piece of furniture fits into the Bauhaus style because of the piece’s sleek and basic look. This piece of furniture is fairly long, has a simplistic design, white in colour and consists of one glass shelf supported by two steel poles. The design is quite simple, with minimal components, the simplicity of the piece also give the table an industrial feel, along with the white, cleanness of the piece. The stainless steel poles supporting the top of the table also help with the industrial tone.
